Parking is available in the garage and our staff will give you the key to the automatic garage gate. parking space is in -2 floor, spot no 30.

The apartment is Strictly non-smoking !!!

Please, if you need to - do smoke only outside of the house, smoking inside of the apartment or balcony is forbidden, the House with the agreement of the neighbors is a non-smoking house, even in the balcony. Additional fees will apply for the cleaning of cigarette smell.

Damages to the apartment

In case of the damage or excess dirty state of the appointment- we will access the condition and will ask you to pay for extra cleaning, dry cleaning, or replacement of the damaged items:

Cleaning after excess dirt and litter in the apartment - minimum 50 eur, but up to 500 eur for thorough cleaning after the damage of the smell of smoking cigarettes or damaged furniture.
Replacement of damaged items - a retail value of the goods.

there is a DVD player in the TV table, connect it with HDMI cable and use your own DVDs or USB memory media.

Birdhouse:

Outside the living room window we have our birdhouse; please enjoy the view of our lovely birdies getting their snacks, but please do not open the window to scare them nor feed them,as we make sure birdies already get the appropriate food.

unfortunately, we do not offer luggage storage, Cleaning firm doesn’t recommend storing the luggage in the apartment while it is being cleaned due to security reasons

My recommendation would be also to go to the nearby Novotel Hotel and agree to the temporary luggage storage there.

The induction stove heats up very fast - just press on/off button and desired level of heat on the plate
